Serdar Akar, who was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival, is making the highest budget film in Turkish cinema with Valley of the Wolves: Iraq. Shot in four different languages, the film features 3000 extras, while the Turkish actors are accompanied by well-known names from Hollywood such as Billy Zane and Gary Busey.
